About ClearTrace
We give L2 foundations, grant programs, and protocols neutral, third-party proof of where DEX volume really originates — surfacing hidden, untagged orderflow plus execution quality and MEV across four chains.
What we do
ClearTrace is an on-chain execution-intelligence product. We index every DEX trade directly from blockchain RPC nodes and Dune Analytics — bypassing aggregator APIs that can be manipulated — and use cross-frontend attribution (calldata suffix trapping, proxy-router hunting, and multi-hop origin tracing) to resolve who is really behind on-chain volume that standard, metadata-based tools render blank. Alongside a free public dashboard and REST API, we deliver paid per-chain integrity reports and standing monitoring engagements for ecosystem and grants teams.
ClearTrace is built and operated by Rantum, a senior data science and ML studio, and has been live since 2024. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Who's behind it
Andrew Maury
FounderAndrew is a senior data scientist and ML engineer. He spent roughly four years scaling core data infrastructure at 0x Labs, contributed to Dune Analytics' open-source Spellbook, and advised the Uniswap Grants Program, with additional data and analytics work for teams including Art Blocks. He founded Rantum to turn messy, fragmented, and adversarial data into models, APIs, and products that ship — validated properly, not just prototyped.
ClearTrace grew directly out of that on-chain data work: a neutral, independent benchmark for execution quality and orderflow attribution that foundations and DAOs can quote in governance.
